Lets try this activity to relax your mind and have positive things around you.

Activity 1 :
Concentrate for about 5 mins on the image this will help you to think.


Bird is symbol of peace

Ask yourself what are your worries , concerns or any problem

Looking at the bird think positive about your concerns , as the bird is flying your negative thoughts will fly and you will get attracted to positive thoughts and see the results.

"Positive thinking leads you to positive outcomes".

"Positive thinking isn't about expecting best to happen but , accepting that whatever happens is best for this time".

"One positive thought gives you smile on your face and positive thinking gives you happiness in your life".

Activity 2 :

  • Take bowl or cup
  • On a piece of paper write down any one positive thought which comes to your mind 
  • Fold the paper and put it into the bowl
  • For rest of the day follow the same thought , it will generate positive energy around you.
  •  Continue this for a week and see the result 
"Positive energy will attract and all your worries will eliminate from your life".
